AQ Estimator Update

Been a while but made some small updates today including adding an option to account for the new 'Map 7 Boss Rush strategy' I've seen going around (which my alliance tried out this week). Can ignore the Boss Rush options and it just assumes 100% completion as normal but you can also select Rush Section 2 or Rush Section 1 & 2. This will give a fairly accurate estimate for skipping portions of those sections yet still completing the rest of the map as normal.

If you happen to do a Boss Rush selection for maps 1-6, it just ignores it and still assumes 100% completion.

Added option for Map 8.

Worked with a smaller set of Map 8 data but it looks seems good enough for an estimate.

FYI - Whether you put in modifiers or not into Map8 right now in the estimator tool, it won't matter and won't impact the score as it will always add no points/honor for Map8 (until that is actually an option and then I'll tweak for that).

Never made an update to this for the Map 8 Eternal Modifiers and I was notified this week by a user of that and found someone messed with formulas and broke it... Should be back and ready to rock n' roll - Enjoy!
