Ik black bolt isn’t the best but he’s one of my favorite comic characters and definitely my favorite inhuman so should I take him up

... but only if you have and are willing to always pit him in a team with duped Medusa and Hit Monkey, he is god-like if he's in such a team.

With Medusa and Hit Monkey (who are both good by themselves too), he becomes pretty darn good
