I mean even unawakened and without suicides, he's not the worst champ. Don't forget that he's most likely the best Biohazard counter because he's bleed resistant (and bleeds actually help him), he's poison immune, and he has some good synergies. Obviously it'll be a long way off until you can get him awakened with sigs and with suicides, but when you do, he just becomes infinitely better.

Definitely still nice to have him pulled since that is one step closer. Still has good utility, just not as much and not nearly as much damage, but far better than like 30% of the pulls you could have gotten.
