Who should I rank up next Hyperion or Silver Surfer?

I am torn because I recently got a 5 star Silver surfer and I have Hyperion at 3/5. Who should I take up to 5/5?

    Hyperion is overall better.
    Surfer is no slouch though. Surfer is a 7, Hype is a 9.
    Surfer is the better prestige rankup though
