Next Variant theme...

I had a lot of fun on Variant 7 (although I agree that with a stacked roster it was more easy than I had imagined it would be).

I still put Variant 1 miles ahead of the other variants in terms of difficulty.

For the next Variant, what would you like to see happen?

For me personally, I’d like to see each chapter dependent on champs that use different buffs/debuffs.

For example:

Chapter 1 - bleed debuffs
Chapter 2 - poison debuffs
Chapter 3 - fury buffs
Chapter 4 - armor buffs
Etcetera

I think something like that would be fun. What does the community think?

I personally, think it would be fun to make a meme tier variant. Basically a variant focused around using champs like pat or war machine. With the way they create nodes to buff your champs nowadays it would be nice to have any sort of use for for these guys. Flip side though I wouldn't want to start ranking them for that.

While I think that might be fun, I wouldn’t want to rank up champs to only use for that. See this discussion. Especially my comment

I'm honestly pleasantly surprised that in two more variants, I'll see the quest that I entered the game with (Kamala's First Day). I'd be curious on how they approach the Civil War EQ which if ya'll remember, it was two different quests depending on your chosen faction.

Looking at that list you posted it's pretty obvious it'll be Deadpool. Why would they skip it?

Looking at that list you posted it's pretty obvious it'll be Deadpool. Why would they skip it?

Why would they need to recode them? Ultron drones were also still there for V1/AQ, I don't think they'd just delete the Deadpooloids

Cause that one's holiday themed? Makes more sense than leaving out Deadpool would. And maybe it'll be released as V9 in December.

Makes no sense arguing about that right now tho, we'll likely see in August
