I can’t contact customer support and I need help

Every time it goes to the screen, it won’t let me access the login. I need to use a Rank 3-4 2017 generic gem but the game is forcing me to use a Class Rank 3-4 gem with no year restrictions. Can someone please help? @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious
