Who should I make a kit for?

So I've been playing this game for long enough, so I figured that I would try and make a kit for a new champ. Then I thought Who better to add into the game than one of Cat Murdock's Mash-Ups. I don't have a specific one that I would want to do more than others, so I figured that I'd just pick a few options and let others decide. Photos:

While building up aftershock charges. Each time an opponent hits you while phasing, gain 5% of your max power.

Aftershock charges work like Quakes, except if a special attack is thrown while the opponent is stunned, gain 200% attack rating. Additionally, 60% chance for each aftershock charge that expires to gain a cruelty passive increasing attack by 1433.33 for 20 seconds. Max stacks: 20

This attack cannot be evaded, missed, or auto blocked in anyway

Omega X deploys subzero spores which deal damage while at 10 or above. Spore damage scales with special attack damage.

Depending on which tempest you select in the pre-fight menu, heavy attacks apply a shock or coldsnap which prevents spores from falling off while away from your opponent and does x damage for each subzero spore.

While bleeding, storm field activates, increasing the spore limit to 30.
