Constant Freezing

I’ve been freezing every other fight and in AQ I kept erroring out and not having my fights count. I’m on WIFI on my iPhone 11. Everything else is working fine on my phone etc MCOC. To get the game to get back going I have to jump in and out of other apps. It’s getting to the point where I just think it’s a sign it’s time to just delete the game. I put in a help ticket and they are sorry for the inconvenience but offer no solution. Thank for letting me vent
