    Cyborgs are by definition a fictional or hypothetical person whose physical abilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by mechanical elements built into the body.
    I'd say Guardian is a borderline thing due to his suit. He'd still human

    Yes. His death spores are his natural ability as a mutant iirc. His "tentacles" are carbonadium implants so I'd say he counts

    If they were a human that became a robot, its a cyborg.
    If they were created from the ground up in machinery, its a robot.

    As long as they started off as a human before making the transition to artificial, it counts as a cyborg.
    Both Omega and Archangel started off as humans before changing more artificial so they count as cyborgs.
