Salve issue

For a while now when I play arena I notice that the damage I take from a full yellow bar is different to how much I need to heal to get the yellow bar IDK if it's a visual or a actually bug
Right now I took 6 block damage from a yellow bar then salve ticks 5 times then gives me max health again (when it should only take 3 ticks)

    What champs are you using? Some champs heal half or not at all from salve

    I used a Black panther civil war against the champion

    It happens(when I pay attention) with anyone who heals from salve
