Doc Oc bug in CEQ (once again)

Doc Oc doesn't apply shock when power locking opponent. Node says power lock, power burn, power drain.
Doc Oc unawakened applies power lock
Awaken he power drains for 100% of power gain.

Considering they didn’t even acknowledge what’s going on with Dr Oc since April …. Who knows what’s up with this ?
