**KNOWN SPRING OF SORROW ISSUE**

My last post was closed before I could get any answers.

Can my phone be the cause of the game constantly crashing? Can only stay logged in for a couple of minutes.

Never had this problem before. Doesn't look as though it's a problem that's happening for anyone else on the forum. So I'm thinking it's probably not a bug and more something to do with my new phone.

Just looking for some advice off other players, if anyone else has had this problem in the past.

    Yes,the game crashes even now. I just deal with it.I mean there's nothing u can actually do :/

    Its so bad I actually can't even play it. I can only stay on the game for 1 or 2 minutes before it crashes.
    I'm thinking it's this phone

    I am on the same boat. Never had this problem before this EQ. Now its so bad that I haven’t even completed a single path of UN/Cav eq.

    Hey guys, crashes can happen due to a wide number of things. They can indeed occur because of a device issue. They can also happen because of a network error or even something on our end, the list really is endless.
