War Machine's armor break unable to heal block in Cavalier quest 2.1

Nodes in Cavalier quest 2.1 should give Tech attackers with armor break to heal block defenders. I have no issue when I used Warlock, IMIW and Hulkbuster. But when it came to War Machine's special 2 which can armor break, there are no heal block at all. Since there are no heal block, it means my war machine cannot gain health on Infectious Wrath as well. Why is this so? Can anyone explain?

    This is probably because WM’s specials are bugged and reducing ability accuracy, this could cause the node to not function when his special places an armor break.

    Also His special 3 lets this ability accuracy reduction effect linger for quite some time after it’s used.
