Well I’d say it’s defensive since it reduces damage from specials, crits and DOT on the defender.

Dude you made 11 threads in a span of 1 Day Most of them non-constructive. That's called spamming. Try to limit your threads to 2 per day.

I am closing this thread as it is devolving into arguments, on top of being spam. I would recommend @Nightznizza_440 space out their new threads in future to avoid spamming the forums and upsetting the rest of the MCOC community.
