Confused

So before sop rewards comes in i wanna ask you guys question...do you think unawakened kingpin is worthy rank 3?? I really liked him and damn he got me some awesome solo like emma and ghost in sop...guy is such tank...but ofcourse unawakened his ramp up is bit slow...what do you think?? Shall i rank 3 him unduped? (P.s. already thronebreaker)
