I don't understand why I was banned I was playing the game normally

    Well I recently came back to the game and because of the compensation I thought let's run through act6 and I did that with in a day and a bit may that be the cause

    They are manually banning accounts. That means they found something you did against their ToS. Once player was banned because he said something very rude in global chat.
