It's not a bug. You were banned for TOS violation, sometimes known as "cheating".

Did you use an emulator? Did you let someone else pilot your account?

No I didn’t use any pilot or any third-party software I have two accounts and at the moment I’m doing LOL run with my main account.
Please can you let me how to contact kabam, I never had this problem and I’ve been playing this game since 2015 thank you brother
