I don't know if that's the best idea, but Strange is possibly the only pre-12.0 champ you could actually do that for, and you'd get the result you expect. Can't really do that to Thor, can't really do that to Switch, but can do that (maybe with some tweaking) for Strange. The original heal would probably still need to be dialed down somewhat, but I don't think anything else was too egregious compared to the current state of the game.

I would say tone down his life steal from like160% damage, to 60% that would be better. Also it was fun gaining a bar of power every 7 seconds instead of 9

He's prolly gonna come out like Guillotine, YJ, DDHK, Gamora, Hood, Miles (not that he's terrible but niche champ, and we wont be seeing those niche nodes moving forward), Ronin, CB (how many people use him, terrible fury duration that he needs synergy...most people prefer Falcon and KP), Civil Warrior, Vulture (is he around, wonder if someone uses him), Nova, Annihilus (I think he was updated, I may be wrong), Maw, or Hood (buff 1)

I tried with the names...all these were stingy and/or shallow buffs. A lot of opportunities missed not to make them OP but fun, enjoyable and good alternatives to the champs we see all the time.
Who knows whether Strange will turn out be Colossus, Mags (both) or YJ, DDHK if/when he finally gets buffed. At point, buff excitement is gone for me, they can do whatever they want.

Yes please. Why does one of the strongest Marvel character has to hit like a noodle? I don't even mind if the buff going to be mediocre. I just want him to be buffed.

DS only needs two small buffs:

1. Revert to his old power gain rate
2. Increase potency of his armor breaks and base damage on his sp2

No he needs total revamp man... because he is also gonna need utilities with respect to current meta

Guillitone is gonna go back to the drawing table i think. They cant be so tonedeaf to ignore the mountains of feedback.
YJ is good utillity, decent damage. Better than before.
DDHK underrated. Fight me
Gamora was meh. Shes just a tiny bit better now.
Hood is great now.
Miles i cant say.
Ronin is exactly as he was then, perfectly fine.
CB is amazing
CV is decent now, just annoying to upkeep.
Vulture is solid.

these guys you've mentioned besides Hood (buff 2), which of these are you gonna use for end game contents? Did you use either for any of the bosses we fought during SOP? I don't mean they should be the #1 option but were any an option at all for you? How often have do you use them in AW and AQ? And I don't mean that one fight he's best suited for. Will you invest your resources esp sig stones them to unlock their full potential?
A number of the buffs have had and continue to have consistent use and playtime. Falcon, Moleman, KP, Mags (both), Colossus, Shehulk and Gwen (though a while ago since their buff), HB (would have had more playtime if heavy reach inconsistency or distance is adjusted), HtD (where are the Dominos)...., they're not the answer to everything but they have a place in our rosters, are reliable substitutes and in some cases equal if not better options. I dunno about you but I get tired of using the same champs. When there's nothing to do in the game, I wanna have fun and learn other champs mechanics. But there's no way I'm gonna rank up YJ (who needs max sig to be decent) or CW and have fun with him nor use them anywhere. You're just trying to be postive but they missed opportunities with a lot the buffs.
