He definetly is. Good damage, plenty of utility.
Although he can be a annoyance to use on lower end devices due to all his particles.

If I had a 6* one, I wouldn't hesitate to rank him up

I took my 6* Icy Vision to R3,…no regrets.

Yeah Aarkus is awesome! Super fun to spam his specials. Crazy power gain and he’s a lot of fun to play!

I just recently pulled him and can't wait to rank him up. I actually keep track of all my AW fights this season, and he would've taken many of them for me.
