I have only done a single completion run through 7.3 as of yet but Apocalypse, Punisher 2099, Aegon and iBom all more or less cleared an entire path on their own at different times. I was especially impressed with the latter two since they are only 5*s (my Apoc and P99 are both 6r3s).

I haven't explored all quest (only fully explored 7.3.1-7.3.3) and Ghost has been my MVP even when I try to use other champions. For some paths, Apoc and Moleman were super useful. For Kang, Namor was my MVP
