How long is it to the second round of a featured 5* crystal

How long after the initial featured 5* crystal does the second round come on. I'm thinking of going for blade and I won't have enough shards to get 2 crytals on the first round.

I think its 4 mons for the return for Round 2 and i calculated that he will return 2/22/18. This is an estimate guess or possibly correct guess lol
