Hello, i have been banned and i have no idea why...

Today i open my game and i failed to log in because there is "Your account has been banned for a Terms of Servise violation". It´s a one week ban and i have no idea why...
I never use anything like emulator, VPN.. I never cheat i am not a 13yo stupid child who want to complete abyss...

But i have two suspicions why this happens.
Like week ago, i finally got a 5* Aegon, i had 100 skill sig stones and like 80 non-class sig stones, so i gave them to him... But then my game crashed, when i relog Aegon was sig 100 and i stilll had all my skill sig stones in my inventory... So i gave them to him again.... What i was supposed to do? Just sell them?... :D

And one more thing is: my friend recently leave mcoc and he have few champs i didn´t, so i log in to his account on my device few times to enjoy his champs... But last time it was like a month ago...

Any ideas why i get banned?

I already contact kabam suppoort and this is they answer: The account was actioned because it was found to be cheating, which is a violation of our Terms of Service [11. CODE OF CONDUCT STANDARDS]. Violations can include the use of exploits or third-party applications that alter the mechanics of the game. To ensure the security of our game, we will be unable to share the exact investigation details that led to the action taken on this account........

    They saw you through camera phone using a different account, and they thought you were getting paid to do it.

    Stupid part is that i dont know for what reason this ban is, so i can maybe... i dont know... dont do that again :D

    yeah its more than likely you were banned for account sharing, which is a TOS violation, so yeah avoid playing your freinds account is probably your best bet.
