Below is a list of some of the Known Issues that were resolved in or are under investigation for the 33.0 update. Please note that this list will be updated as we have more information available to share. Thank you for your patience as we work toward a resolution for these issues.
There is an issue where the Passive Stun from Magneto (House of X)'s pre-fight ability can sometimes cause Collosus to push opponents farther back when he uses Parry. Under Investigation
There is an issue where Horseman of Apocalypse cross-fight abilities can sometimes be removed when disconnecting. Under Investigation
There is an issue where certain characters experience issues if their SP3 animation is skipped. Working on a fix. Skip Button turned off for now.
There is an issue where Nebula takes Bleed damage while fighting Apocalypse,despite her immunity to Bleed. Under Investigation
There is an issue where Knull may not apply Armor Breaks when chainging Medium Attacks into an SP2s if the opponent has Corruption applied to them. Under Investigation
There is an issue where rewards in the post-fight screen shine brighter than intended. Working on a fix
There is an issue where Dragon Man's SP1 displays incorrect information. Working on a fix
There is a visual issue in Alliance game modes that can cause timeouts upon entering a fight. As they are visual, they will not cause health loss. Workaround: Turning off Beta features in the settings menu can prevent this from occurring. Working on a fix

There is a visual issue where Deadpool's Broken Minds synergy is displaying the wrong text. It still applies the correct Armor Rating. Working on a fix
There was an issue where the Deadpool (X-Force) boss in the Variant Difficulty of Back Issue 8 was able to use his SP3 when not intended to. Fixed 33.0.
