Damage + utility combo : Apoc & Collossus I also use Nick Fury's damage like a utility fr when I can't deal with a fight with other champs in my roster & I just plan on getting through it with brute force Eg. Dragonman in Grandmaster Gauntlet....I remember doing it with Nick Fury bcoz I didn't have any good counter so I just went in, did as much damage as I could with Fury, got Ko, revived & repeated the same Same thing I did with a big Ibom in Act 7 when I didn't have a better counter fr the fight
Doom. Honorable mention to Cap IW and Red Mags. All that said, Diablo has been my answer more often recently. He just has a lot of catching up to do with the others.
If we are talking teams, then it is Apoc/Red Mags/Colossus/OR/Prof X. There is not much that team can’t handle - most contingencies and immunities covered.

She can not bypass safeguards, rage. She sucks against that node that gives you passive precision everytiem you intercept opponent.
She can't bypass safeguard, but 100 hits isn't exactly a long fight these days. She's not an awful counter for rage if you don't have a solid nullify champion because she can phase unblockable hits. She's the easiest champion in the game to intercept with so I'm not sure where your problem is there.

With over 200 champions available, it's unlikely that everyone will have the best option available to them at all times, due to rank up requirements or inavailability, due to war, AQ, etc... So, who do you find, in your current roster, is the one champion that you turn to most, in order to tackle most content? The one who has adequate damage, plus a host of utility?

There's very few fights he cannot do. The only champ who can survive multiple SP3, if that happens.
