Heimdall synergy on duped Fury

Is it normal that the Indestructible buff due to Heimdall synergy is applied on the first life of Fury and not on the second just before he is really KO?

    The L.M.D thing is just fluff text.
    It's really just him loosing a persistent charge and regening.

    Nothing wrong here, it activates perfectly fine.

    It is normal. Same thing happens when Immortal Hulk kills off his health to go immortal before consuming his Gamma and regenerating back.
