Cant sign in

Whenever i open my app on my phone it starts up normally but after a second of loading im told i can’t connect to the network and to try again later when i have full bars and perfect wifi connection. This happens every time i open the app. I have tried everything even deleting the game then downloaded it again

This was happing last month and rebooting the phone solved it for many people.
