Wasp… wow!

Took my ghost to rank 5 (still a total newbie) but decided to also take my 6* duped wasp to rank 2.

Wow, she’s amazing! Love how she chains heavies, and damage is great.

One thing that I think would make her 100x better-

Tigra has that amazing mechanic where is she’s charging a heavy, she can’t be hit by specials. Wasp should have that too.

When she’s small (by charging heavy) no special should be able to hit her, after all how could they even see her to target her.

Any thoughts on this?

Overall I think she’s hugely underrated… a ton of fun to play! 😊

To be honest, I had ghost at r4 and after this weekend had a ton of stuff in my overflow.

She’s become my project, I’m going to learn her dammit! Already getting my head around her general mechanic. Just need to get why in every video I see, the defender is hitting into her while phased, but in every fight I try, I phase and the enemy just stands there blocking.

Also the timing for phasing so that every hit of sp2 crits and timing to counter recoil.

I’m getting it though! 😊

I mean. Wasp isn't that complex. Just keep your combo high, sp3 for high damage at high combo, weave heavy attack into combos (most use M-L-L-L-H)

If it's a synergy piece you bring regularly then might as well rank up as back up.

Love her heavy spam playstyle, if you can evade their sp1, one parry or intercept to get the ball rolling and the fight is done.

Ghost has been “broken” for a while now, she can’t phase recoil by dashing back immediately after a special.

She was my best R3 option at the time to become Thronebreaker. I still use her here and there. She is really fun to play and love her heavy passive. I run suicides and she does awesome damage! She is pretty useful most months in the EQ for Science paths also.

I like to run my R3 Reed with my R3 Wasp in story content and using them in tandem with each other

Learn, yes. Everyone can learn her basic stuff easy.
Mastering her takes alot longer.
