Can't Update The Game

For the past 3 months anytime I try to update the game I delete it first and download it from scratch cos I noticed me trying to update normally doesn't work (can't start explaining why).
The main issue now is I have 3gb free space and I'm trying to download the game which is meant to be 1.2gb but its telling me I have insufficient space and asking me to delete 3gb worth of files more

    Have you tried clearing the games cache?

    I recommend google photo app to backup your photos and videos securely on it to make space in your phone. Alternative transfer them to an computer.

    Just uninstall mcoc and then reinstall it and log in.
    That's what I did.

    Maybe try transferring your video and pictures to an computer and then erase them from your phone after successfully transferring it to your computer and then try update?

    Same tips above against google photo app, but I strongly recommend computer.

    Alternative you can buy and SD card to transfer mcoc app to that SD card as that’s what I’m doing.
