That node was added to his pre-buff state, which had evasion.

It's just a "Not Worth Updating Older Content To Help Newer Players Progress Faster"

That seems iffy, considering Player-DDHK doesn't have this mechanic 🧐.
Perhaps Player DDHK has it set to 0%?

OG DD sig ability depending on star lvl at max sig has 100% chance to evade all projectiles.DDHK does not have this ability in his kit. The thing they both have the ability to bypass the miss mechanic
