Ability Accuracy of Miss Mechanics

Since their respective buffs, both Miles Morales and The Hood have been experiencing issues relating to their miss mechanics. Both bugs result in the champions being hit by attacks they have a greater than 100% miss chance against. As far as I know, these are the only two champions in the game who are experiencing this problem with their miss mechanics.
They are also the only two who have the ability accuracy of their miss effect fluctuate based on conditions of the fight. I believe this may be the source of the bug. Additional discussions on both champions can be found at these forum links:

Hopefully this helps the team to get to the bottom of these issues. I have both champions ranked up and they are among my favorites to play, but the lack of reliable functionality in some of the core pieces of their kit is a serious issue that needs fixing. Thank you!
