Easy way to both two champions - VTD and Morningstar

Both of these champions have great potential but their ramp up playstyle prohibits them from being useable in endgame content.
An EASY fix is to simply let them ramp up to their potential in the first fight. If Morningstar had the ability to use multiple special 3s to garner multiple souls per fight - she’d instantly be a popular champion again. Likewise, if VTD could store potentially all of his buffs in the first fight - he’d be a fan favorite.
For what it’s worth @kabammiike.

If you don't get your 3 desired buffs on that first fight just restart the quest, get 1 of each then dupe in the next fight or stack certain ones for whatever problem fights are coming up then dupe those.
Most people that don't like VtD are because of the potentially long rng based ramp up, or because he has no Utility beyond his "Damage Utility" (like Passive Degen and Toxic Armor), being able to get all his Buffs in the first fight wouldn't change that.
VtD I'd say do something like "Each Buff on VtD reduces the Opponent's Equivalent Stat by the same amount, Armor Ups instead increase Opponent Armor Rating." as in if you have a +1000 Attack Fury the Enemy takes a -1000 Attack Weakness.
First, I agree that the ramp up is long, especially when the fights are long. However, enabling MS to ramp up in a single fight would be creating a monster and is likely unreasonable to ask for. Maybe if they made the sig ability start MS with 2 souls instead of one? Or let MS capture up to two souls in a single fight? Some middle ground buff seems reasonable.
Second thought - MS does not need to be played as a ramp up champ, esp against champs that have lots of buffs and champs/nodes that proc regen, fury, and power gain. Lots of utility, and that sp2 can slam, even if no souls have been captured.
