Game freezing forcing restart

It's in the title. Anyone else experiencing this? It's while asking for help from arena. It's not due to hitting the same champ button twice. I know that still happens but I went way away from that champ ( plus the "ask for help" thing worked on said champ). This has happened maybe 10 or 12 times and I have to restart every time. I'm just wondering how many others this is affecting, thanks!
