hi guy,summoner sigil as long as it's free like in April 2020, the day before I created a new account I got free Summoners sigil within 7 days, it's strange

They give all new players/ new accounts a free trial of the sigil store to see if they like it and would like to be a subscriber.

If you're asking why they don't do another free trial, they probably feel that at this point anyone who's had the sigil and did not purchase it, is not interested in it and nothing's going to change their mind unless they changed the content / Services included.
