    I have both but I pulled NF first and took unduped to R3 for TB.

    Most time a single SP2 from Shang Chi after a decent rotation will end the fight. NF unduped at R2 isn't awesome, R3 makes him useful.

    I would do both but if you use NF synergy a lot, it woudn't hurt to rank him. You will dupe him eventually.

    Five minutes after r3ing Shang Chi I duped him. I feel good about my choice!
