I have finally gotten a tech t5cc. I dont have ghost, guardian, warlock, nimrod or nebula as six stars so my choice for now is between Peni and Ultron. Got and duped Peni recently. Who to r2 first? Have generic 1-2 gem. Could use more tech power and power options. Have no experience with either champ but have seen vids on both and they both seem pretty solid!
