Who is the best parry heavy champ in the game. I’ll take two answers. One for solo and one with synergy.

With synergy I’m going with Cable/Apoc.

Without I’d say AA or IWCap depending on the matchup. Diablo is up there as well.

    Colossus. He can still get good damage without it but I think the can finish fight quicker with parry-heavy.

    Synergy: Cable with Apoc so long as the opponent is stunnable.
    Without: AA if you can bleed and poison, Mags if #Metal, and CapIW for all around.

    If the opponent can be stunned my vote goes to Colossus, with or without synergies; if stunning is impossible then I would probably say Cable (with Apoc synergy), his heavy reach is incredible ^_^
