She has buffed up, so unless you have 3 or more buffs you won’t deal any damage.

The node is buffed up, you need 3 buffs on you not debuffs on them.

    It’s not buffed up. It’s buffed up(defender).

You can only do damage when the DEFENDER has 3 buffs

Yup that’s it. My bad. The way it was worded tripped up my brain. It says 3 buffs “applied” to them which made me think the attacker is applying to defender which made me read it as debuff

    Glad that's sorted, OP.

Since you ask, no: Rupture isn't a debuff.

Rupture is a type of Physical damage; which can be inflicted as a debuff, as an instant burst, or (its just a matter of time) as a Passive DoT effect.

Rupture is basically the new Degeneration: no one is immune to it (yet). This used to be the case for Degeneration, but now we have multiple resistant champions (Knull, Spider-Ham, Mister Negative). Eventually there will be champions immune to Rupture; and then we'll need a new form of damage that no one is immune to. Maybe 'Entropy...'
