    Cosmic - Surfer is so much more than a prestige rank up
    Science - Miles cheeses through so much content
    Tech - I don’t know if they’re typically considered top 5 in their class or not, but both Peni and Nimrod are underrated new additions.

    I’d argue that Jabari is a top 5 skill champ, as are the tech’s I mentioned. But I don’t think that’s a common opinion.

    Maybe not necessarily the best not-quite-top-five champ (so.. the sixth place champs, then?) but all really good champs who can clear surprisingly challenging content - even if maybe not quite as quickly as the 'top' champions.

    All of these have utility coming out of their ears, and are well worth ranking up, instead of 'waiting for something better'.

    Couldn’t agree more with the last thought. Bird in the hand and all. Never understood holding out for god champion X when people have options like the ones found in this thread which excel at clearing difficult content
