LF mandatory AQ/optional AW Alliance when War Season ends

My current alliance can only complete 1 BG of Map 4 with heroic mods, so I'm looking to move on to an alliance that can complete 3 Battlegroups a day where I can participate in Map 4. Also interested in AW, so optional AW would be great too.
