Lagging and crashing in aw and aq

Hello I am new to forums so please bear with me
I joined forums to tell you guys about this issue I am facing idk if it is only me or not I wanted to send a video but sadly can't so i will send the screenshot along with the time..apparently it loads for a long time and in some cases The fight doesn't even Start and I have to restart the app all over the again this was all I could get but usually it takes more than a minute and even crashes 😑
And yeah I was sitting beside the Wi-Fi router so there was no issues with my network...
Once again thank you for putting up with me and please fix this issue as I can't keep on wasting revives and potions in aw and aq, This video was of aw and sadly it ended in timeout so a loss for us😔
