Problem against Map 8 Boss Fight

Yesterday and today I went into the Spidey boss fight as usual and sadly I wasn't able to do it in time. Both times I received 0 points, the defender didn't loose any health and my champ did. Also, I wasted some revives because of that, which is unfair.
I was checking another posts and I see I'm not the only one one with this problem so it would be nice to receive some feedback from the team at Kabam and perhaps some compensation.

Map 8 doesn’t have time out since last year and I hope they have already removed it from the other maps

Map8 still hav time just the if you one like 1 procen u wil dies no matter what what he talking is the point he stil getting them it just a visual bug there’s happened a lot of time when a time out happens
