If you were banned for violations of terms of service during war off season, no one here on the forums can help you. Your only option is opening a support ticket, but if you were permanently banned that doesn't ordinarily happen for trivial violations. That is either a multiple repeat offense or something pretty spectacularly bad. And it sounds like you knew what you were doing at the time.
