Negative Credit Units

So I refunded a $20 bundle and ended up recieving 1,999 Negative Credit Units. The problem is that I have to pay $30 for 2,999 credits or $10 for 999 credits, and if I buy two $10 packages I'll be off 1 credit. I don't want to waste $30 after being refunded $20, so what should I do so I don't waste $30?

not sure but according to their support page on this any excess credits you buy will get converted to units so if you buy the 2,999 credits for $30 you should clear your negative balance and get the remaining 1000 credits converted to units. Maybe not the answer you wanted but $20 to pay back what you refunded and $10 for 1k units is a really good deal haha

Yeah I realized after some other people told me in another post I made

You can try getting normal units from quest and see if they offset the negative units. Try it from arena. If that happens then you can buy two 10$ packs and grind the remaining units
