someone explain to me why he can't copy the ability of hercules, and others like kingpin, if these are not passive.

Well.... it's because she's gone rogue....

Seriously though she can only copy abilities which she's been programmed to have. They would need to update her to be able to have those abilities to start with and just have them deactivated.

Someone recently made a thread on all the things Rogue should be able to steal but can't. No response to my knowledge.
