Account banned for hacking


Good afternoon!!!
A while ago my account was hacked and I couldn't get in touch with kabam support.
On Wednesday I managed to change the password and everything was wonderful until on Friday my account was suspended and today 04/06/2022 it was permanently suspended for using third-party software.
I would like to know if there is a way to reverse this
because I wasn't the one who used the hacker and I didn't even know
I was caught off guard and I have no way to prove it, because when I went to take a print of the account and everything was suspended.
kabam asks for a series of information that I don't know how to answer, because the account is from 2014 and the emails have already been deleted, because the registered email became a work email and the date of creation of the account was there.
kabam also asks for purchase history and I don't know if the person who used the hack bought something and so I don't know how to solve it.
is there any solution?
we in the br community are always left out when it comes to kabam support
