Ikaris goes unstoppable with G2099 intercept

I'm having a weird interaction with Ikaris using Guillotine 2099. Whenever I intercept him with her he goes unstoppable, any idea why that happens? Sometimes it's a medium intercept, other times its a special intercept.

    When you say whenever, is it 100% of the time? Or occasionally?

    If it’s occasionally it could be because you triggered a degen while he’s immune, so triggering the immunity causes him to go unstoppable.

    Or using your sp2 applies the spectre debuff

    Ikarus goes unstoppable most likely due to putting a degen on him. While he is dashing, he is immune to all debuffs and debuffs of any kind will put an unstoppable on him. Same thing happens when using sym Supreme and his bleeds.

    Extra fun when he dashes in and you go to dex but the game grants you that rare parry instead
