Rank Down Tickets

Are there plans to ever make rank-down tickets accessible outside of compensation for when a champ gets nerfed? For instance, implementing them into monthly quest rewards or having to purchase them in f2p friendly unit deals.

I've taken plenty of 5 stars to rank 4 and immediately pulled the 6-star versions after so I could use a couple of rank-down tickets lol. Might not be a big deal to a lot of people but as a F2P player, those rank-up resources are very important, especially the gold and iso.

If anyone's curious here are the champs: Stark enhanced spiderman, Guillotine 2099, Ultron, King Groot, and Venom.

I think RTDs should only be restricted when MAJOR changes are made to champion after the buzz has peaked.
Having them available at all times defeats the purpose of needing to pool and save resources for important rankups.

Ranking down champs is very short sighted anyway. Nothing to say that the champ you no longer use won't have a key synergy in future or end up being the perfect counter for a very specific node/champ interaction.

This game is all about growth. Just plan your resources and rankups carefully. Besides, if you ranked someone who at the time was getting you through some piece of content then it wasn't a wasted rank up. There's a few in my roster that I ranked just for 1 job and then have barely touched since.

If rank down tickets were a commonplace item available for purchase, nobody would have the same roster every month. Part of the journey is making use of who you have available to you to get to the next level and not to mention the fact that as it currently stands while a 6-star has more power, it's much harder to take them all the way to rank 4 + level 200, especially as a free-to-play player.

I understand that for a lot of players in the community there's this growing mindset that it's either six stars or bust and honestly, it's a very short-sighted approach, especially when you consider the fact that you can't guarantee that the six star champion you're going to get is going to be one of the chosen ones to help you clear all content. You have to understand that a rank five, level 200 champion is just as powerful as a rank four that's not even awakened and for some people, they're doing way more with them than the so-called Elite of the elite can with rank 4s.
