Is UC monthly EQ worth exploring as thronebreaker?

Those of you who are thronebreakers, do you explore UC EQ in addition to Cav EQ? Energy refill seems to be hard to come by these days with the nerf to act 6. I used to do both but I only explore Cav and complete UC EQ in recent months. Are the rewards worth exploring for UC EQ?

It's still good rewards, even if it's not our "account level"

I complete UC EQ only

Last month I did explore it, because outside of EOP I had nothing to do. This month I only completed it, and that will pretty much stay that way for the upcoming months.

I do it for the 6* shards and gold mostly, will continue to do it even when I hit paragon

Depends. Sometimes worth it if all else done, shards need to be topped off, etc.
