    There’s a thread floating around here somewhere that was showing him off, seems to be pretty capable of dmg but I’ve never really used him

    That insane damage that I posted was a bug, and that bug was fixed, so he doesn’t post those amazing numbers anymore.

    OP: he’s really good, but he needs high sig and a synergy team of KP, Peni and Electra or Psylocke to get the most out of his damage and utility.

    Even then, most will tell you that the juice isn’t worth the squeeze, that the damage isn’t up to par, but if you look past that you will find a champion with top, top utility.
