Who should I rank up next?

My recent 6* luck has been trash, so any of these 5*s worth ranking? I don't run suicides and am on 7.3 now.

Id love to see a awakened 6* Voodoo grace my account.

But for you, I'd say BWCV best bet.

I kinda understand why bwcv is good but she feels a bit underwhelming. I feel more pulled towards voodoo or dragon man

I think you should save your resources and wait for a good 6*. you're very close to complete act 7 and you'll have high chances to get a great 6* champs.
at the point you're in the game i think you need to invest in your 6* roster.

but if you don't have a very large roster of 6* and you need a new champ that will help you in 7.3/4,BWCV is a great choice,she helped me a lot in act 7. spidey99 is also great option especially for annoying mystics like Mojo&Dorm.

he had a bad luck with the 6* pulls,so all the champs he listed are 5* that he want to rankup.

so yes,these are indeed a great 6 stars.
but in this case they are 5 stars.
